He may be one of the biggest names in Hollywood, but Ryan Gosling’s number one role is still that of a father.
The 48-year-old was filming an epic explosion scene for The Gray Man when his partner Eva Mendes, 48, called him about their daughters Zoom piano lesson.
‘This whole scene hinges on me being handcuffed to this bench and we’re in Prague and there’s a lot of explosions happening, and I was there with Eva and the kids, and they were in a hotel nearby, and I ‘got a call in the middle of one of the scenes,’ he revealed on Good Morning America.

Ryan joked “it’s a lot” to play Ken.

Man of style: Gosling wore a smart jacket, dark blue jeans and sturdy leather shoes
Robbie has long been committed to playing Barbie on the big screen and has promised the movie will be very different from what people expect.
She previously told The Hollywood Reporter, “Something like Barbie where the IP, the name itself, people immediately have an idea of ’Oh Margot is playing Barbie, I know what that is,’ but our goal is to be like ‘Whatever you think, we’re going to give you something totally different – the thing you didn’t know you wanted.’
The Neighbors star hopes to spark a “thoughtful conversation” with the film.
Coming soon: Barbie, which now has the distinction of being the first live-action film adaptation of the toyline’s multimedia franchise, is set for release in July 2023
Robbie said, “Now can we really honor the IP and the fanbase and also surprise people?” Because if we can do all of that and provoke thoughtful conversation, then we’re really firing on all cylinders.
A synopsis on IMDB of the upcoming film reads, “A doll living in ‘Barbieland’ is kicked out for not being perfect enough and embarks on a real-world adventure. An action feature film live based on the popular line of Barbie toys.
The film is billed as “a fish out of water story about a doll who is ousted from toy society because she’s not perfect enough,” according to a report from Vulture.
She then realizes that what’s inside is more important than her appearance.
