Secret Invasion trailer shows Emilia Clarke in action

Emilia Clarke's Secret Invasion
wonder

During Marvel Studios’ central presentation at San Diego Comic-Con, the studio released the first trailer for the upcoming Disney+ series. Secret Invasion. Even though the trailer’s release was exclusive to Hall H, viewers shared what’s in the footage, including first looks at Emilia Clarke’s character.

According to Collider, the trailer kicks off with Samuel L. Jackson’s Nick Fury returning to Earth from a spaceship. Following a chat with Cobie Smulders’ Maria Hill, the footage shows some of the show’s additional characters in action, including Clarke firing a gun.

ComicBook claimed the trailer included a look at Emilia Clarke following a photo of a stunning motorcade and before Ben Mendelsohn’s Talos asks what the Skrulls want from Fury.

Given these images and a video that leaked from the set showing Clarke’s character fighting for her life, it looks like the actress will be involved in quite a bit of action in Secret Invasion.

In addition to Clarke’s presence, the trailer also showed Fury admitting that this different type of threat was the reason he returned to Earth, as well as footage of Kingsley Ben-Adir, Don Cheadle’s War Machine, of Everett Ross of Martin Freeman and Olivia Coleman warning Fury that he is “not in shape for that.”

Before the reveal of the trailer, sources claim that Cobie Smulders warned the public that Secret Invasion is a “darker” The history of the MCU and the one where no one will ever know who is a Skrull and who is human. It remains to be seen who Clarke is playing and which side she is on. And due to the paranoia surrounding the Skrulls, that likely won’t be fully known until the series is over.

Emilia Clarke’s Secret Invasion Role
